Seamnia (Pvt) Ltd. Established in 1995, SEAMNIA was founded with the aim of bridging the gap between advanced technology and conventional methods. SEAMNIA wants to facilitate customers by solving complex business problems through simple Information Technology (IT) solutions. SEAMNIA has earned recognition from its clients for professionalism, expertise in IT transfer and skills in modern information systems that address specific industrial needs. We have a thorough understanding of the intricacies of various business processes and we use IT architectures to solve problems optimally and strategically. Our business paradigm is based on the importance of relationships and a relentless search for greater accomplishments. Our core product is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for diversified industries. The portfolio includes Education sector, Production houses of all kinds, trade business and various segments of services sector.
In current competitive world, motivation is the single most significant factor that contributes towards learning. Talent recognition is the tool that spurs the wheel of motivation. “Atfaalnama” is a project initiated by SEAMNIA (Pvt) Ltd to explore and harness the untapped flair of our youth. Pakistan is experiencing explosive yet mushrooming growth in education sector. The Country’s requirement is to encourage and develop the human skills in order to achieve highly motivated and equally skilled manpower for future challenges at global level. SEAMNIA (Pvt) Ltd. has sensed that there exists a wide gap between the current skills level and the future needs. The Company has taken up the challenge to part this gap in the light of its strong resource base and rich experience. “Atfaalnama” is the platform that will muster students, teachers and parents on a platform of enhanced interaction regulated by a team of experienced professionals. To this end an online portal and mobile app have already been designed and registered. According to the Statistics Division of Pakistan, over one hundred seventy thousand government schools and twice this figure, in private sector, are active in Pakistan. By the grace of Almighty Allah, SEAMNIA comfortably has more than three hundred fifty active clients in education sector. As already highlighted, SEAMNIA has decades of experience in dealing with education and corporate decision-making that encourages us to establish collaboration with the Country’s Business community and Government institutes with the ultimate aim of addressing students’ talent hunting and nurturing. This platform is expected to help the stakeholders in transforming into efficient contributors to the Society.
SEAMNIA is aggressively planning to venture across the length and breadth of Pakistan and thus create a magnetic appeal for “Atfaalnama” portfolio. SEAMNIA has established a dedicated team for “Atfaalnama” including educational professionals, ex-army officials and media personnel.

Our mission is to establish a bridge for the youth of our Society and enhance talent to fill the Country’s current and projected gap in personality development, leadership skills, shared responsibility and entrepreneurship through different training sessions.
Basing on its wide range of expertise in different facets of education sector, SEAMNIA has observed that there is huge inequality between the schools of different strata of our society. Whereas the elite schools provide costly privileges to their students in every aspect of life, while middle class, lower middle class including Government schools’ clients barely manage the tuition fee. Such schools do not have enough training resources and budgets to project their students at par with those of upper class. Atfaalnama believes that all children of our Society must have a level playing field for their intellectual and social growth. To this end, Atfaalnama is planning to introduce a kaleidoscope of activities for the schools and their students. To further arouse interest, different attractions and discount vouchers have also been planned. An online portal and mobile app have already been registered and put into operation as a pilot project and this will be followed by newsletters/ print magazine.
